We want you to shop with confidence! If you're unsatisfied, we’ve made returns and refunds straightforward.

✅ Cancellation requests before fulfillment incur a 10% processing fee (covers non-refundable transaction costs). Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.

✅ Preorders ship upon release if ordered with other items; they ship together.
📅 Return Timeframe
- You have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Final sale items (see below) cannot be returned.
📦 Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
✔ Unused
✔ In original packaging
✔ Include receipt or proof of purchase
✔ Clear photographs of the item received and the packing slip
🚚 We cover return shipping costs only for damaged in transit or lost items. In any other situation, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund. If the items get damaged during the return transit, we will deduct the appropriate charges before issuing a refund. So, as a responsible customer, it is also your responsibility to ship them back carefully.

📩 Email us at savvysupport@savvyhobbyist.com to request a return. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
🚫 Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
⚠️ Damages & Issues
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it, take photographs within 24 hours, and contact us immediately to request a resolution.
- We are not responsible for minor packaging imperfections (small rips, scuffs, corner dings) from the manufacturer.
🚫 Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
These items cannot be returned or refunded:
❌ All TCG Card Products, including Booster packs and items containing booster packs (Elite Trainer Boxes, Booster Boxes, Collection Boxes, Premium Collection Boxes, Booster Sleeves, Single cards, etc.).
❌ No Shrink boxes
❌ Custom & personalized items (special orders).

🔄 Exchanges
💡 No exchanges are allowed unless the item is truly defective. We check items before shipping them, and the chance of a truly defective item should be extremely low to nonexistent. We are not responsible for minor packaging imperfections (small rips, scuffs, corner dings) from the manufacturer.
💰 Refunds
🔄 Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds begin processing immediately.
💳 Depending on your bank, funds may take up to 10 business days to appear.

Prices will fluctuate due to market volatility. We cannot adjust your purchase prices because prices have increased or decreased after purchasing. Returns or Exchanges because of market price fluctuations will not be accepted.

📅 Preorder items ship on or after their official release date.
🚚 Delays may occur due to logistics; we’ll notify you if this happens.
⚠️ Preorder release dates may change without notice.
📦 If your order includes preorders, the entire order will be held until all items are available to be shipped together.
✅ Want preorders shipped separately? Place individual orders for each item.
❌ Preorders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
